What we collect
Your name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off addresses, flight number and payment status: everything needed to perform the ride and to send confirmations. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers.
How we use it
To confirm and perform your booking, to track your flight, to contact you about the ride and, only if you opted in, to send occasional seasonal offers. Chauffeurs see the details of their assigned rides only.
Retention
Personal data is anonymised 18 months after the ride; booking and invoice records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.
Your rights
